FLASH is one of the staples in the Internet for fast loading and high technology sites. Although entire sites can be created from FLASH we discourage such practices and place more emphasis on the end users perspective. With this in mind we suggest flash integration into HTML documents to keep the page load times to a minimum, and to prevent the viewer from having to wait for a movie to complete prior to continuing through the site.
